Queens Nassau, aptly named, is on the Queens Nassau border in Far Rockaway, New York just three blocks from the ocean.
Queens Nassau has assumed a leadership role in the provision of comprehensive rehabilitative health care, specializing in the care of patients with Traumatic Brain Injury. Our mission is to offer individuals the opportunity to develop skills essential to restoring their independence.
Our services extend to both patients with Sub-Acute Traumatic Brain Injury as well as geriatric patients with long term health care needs, who may require 24 hour skilled nursing care.
